Starter Money in the Sims 4

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how much sims start out within Sims 4? I read in Ruthless Kk's blog that a single sim starts out with 20,000 simoleans (Ty for that info), but I was wondering about households with multiple sims (roommates, families with multiple generations).

Any info and/or links are welcome. Thank you in advance.

PS-I'm posting this here because I am wondering about funds for lots & house building.

I have read that there is the FreeRealEstate cheat that allows all homes to be free. Also, motherload, kaching and rosebud chests provide money. I am sorry that I can't help you with information about the starting money for sims households of more than one.

I would assume that most of the cheats from the earlier Sims games will work in Sims 4, including the money cheat. Not the set family income one, although that one might work in Sims 4 too. I'm talking about the motherlode cheat. I have tried that one in several other Sims games that I have for the pc, and it worked in them just as well as it did in Sims 3. That is not to say that it will work in Sims 4, it might work in Sims 4 just as well.
