Share your Sims 2 pictures!

I wasn't sure which part of the forum to post this in.

Since the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection has been released for free, I thought it would be fun to share our stories and pictures. Is anyone else playing? I'm enjoying it so much that I've retired my other Sims games.

I adore your rural English houses! I'm assuming you are using CC for that world? I stopped using CC with TS2 years ago. That is exactly the look of town I wanted in my Sims 3 game though, but as I'm not using any CC, none of the EA worlds really come close to that look. Very beautiful, well done!

    Thank you! :)

For the town I used Criquette's embankment set, some tiny CC boats, fences, cows, hay bales and little model buildings (a castle and church). It doesn't feel too CC heavy. :)

Yay! I was waiting for a thread like this, I'd love to see how everyone's playing, especially the new TS2 players.

Your town looks lovely, Lethe! I've seen a lot of TS2 neighbourhoods, but few that look so fluid and natural. I also love the house in the first pictures, the layout looks so neat and compact.

Or we could just put this in the appropriate area.

This is TS4 section. 2 has it's own section.

Maybe General Discussion or Sims and Modeling would of been better but there is no Sims 2 section. :(

I said that I wasn't sure which area to post in. The Sims 2 does not have it's own section.

This thread could be brought on topic by inviting people to share wishlists along with their pictures - features they'd like to see in the Sims 4 that our older games had.

I'll go first: Detailed textures, customisable neighbourhoods, babies with legs, family mealtimes, washing babies in sinks :) and, of course, toddlers.

I wonder if there are people playing Sims 2 for the first time instead of for nostalgia. :)

Very nice pictures OP. Looks like you may have used some of the Country Furniture Set? Love that set, I think it came with - seasons or one of the EP's.

How did you get the black frame on the pics?
