    Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Problem

    I uninstalled all my games just so I can play the UC, and now Sims 2 will start but it goes blue, then black with the cursor and freezes. I end up having to end the game through task manager >:

    Why is this happening? I know its not because of Windows 8, I had my other Sims 2 games installed and they worked fine. Any fixes?
