      I just refreshed my Origin right now. I don't have it yet. :cry: I'm pretty sure I have the Unlucky Trait in some ways. :lol:

      First sign-up demos were an hour ago...

      Apparently not - several of the people who got it today have mentioned they had no interest in it, which suggests they weren't chosen from people who signed up.

      It's all very frustrating, to be honest.

      Okay so things that I did today:
      1. Signed up on the demo list on www.thesims.com
      2. Added friends. I did not have friends on Origin before, so I added some.

      Good luck to every one, I'mma go cry of happiness now!!!!!!!!

      EDIT: I should add that I received an email AND it appeared in my origin. Let me know if you guys have any other questions

      Today = Wednesday, the 16th. I did get the demo (installing it now), but I would not have even checked if I hadn't gotten an email from EA today. And while I buy the games and lurk on the forums, I'm not an aggressive poster and I did NOT ever check off that I wanted EA to send me things, so...........YMMV

      I almost punched through my wall (there is an indent). I talked to a Game Advisor and he said that there were more invites being sent out. He said he talked to the people that send them out. But I don't think I believe him.

      I just checked and saw I did get an email letting me know I received the demo also after I checked origin.

      I just got the demo on my old Origin account.

      My new accout has the deluxe edition preorder, working e-mail and has been signed up to get the Demo.

      But my old accoutn got it, so weird.
