I enjoy this style of build the most: This one is a hard one for me, I like so many different styles. I have a mixture of different style homes in my worlds. My favorite style would be gothic/fairytale, victorian......just build what your good at building. I will love it and i know it will fit in my mix up worlds : ) To give you an idea of what im talking about, my island world that im playing right now has castles, fairytale, beach, modern, country and gothic/creepy houses in it. It looks alittle bit odd, but i like it, lol

I would like lots of the following sizes: I tend to play on lots that are 40x40 or smaller, but i do have a few that are larger.
I enjoy/don't enjoy berry, occult sims, etc. I dont play berry sims, but i do like all the occults.

Some of my favorite Colors are: Purple, Blue, Green
I really don't like this Color: Orange (only if it's too bright and vivid, I don't mind it if it's a bit lighter/less extreme)
I love to use this set: I don't know... I love the old-fashioned/Medieval sets, but I also like the modern ones too.
I play mostly in this world: This tends to switch up, so I would honestly love anything made for any world. I guess the world I've played the most is Lucky Palms, but depending on my mood I also enjoy Sunlit Tides, Moonlight Falls, Monte Vista, and Midnight Hollow. I haven't had a chance to explore Dragon Valley or Roaring Heights as much as I want to, but they're worlds I plan to play soon.
I enjoy this style of build the most: Anything that fits well in a particular world. So really any kind of themed build. I love old-fashioned looking builds but would also appreciate a modern one that fit well in a certain world. I'm most in need of community lots, especially ones that take advantage of EP/Store content that isn't originally in the world where the lot is meant to be placed. Particularly content from Late Night, Supernatural, Ambitions, and PC content from the store. WA items are also nice (such as a martial arts training center). And Showtime venues, and lots with Generations items, and... okay, pretty much any venue/community lot using content found somewhere other than the base game would be greatly appreciated!
I really don't want this in my game: There's nothing I don't want, haha! I love it all! I will say I'm more in need of lots (particularly community lots) than sims, because I love making sims while I'm an absolutely hideous builder, but I don't want to restrict you- if sim-making is your strength, go ahead
I would like lots of the following sizes: There always seem to be unused 20 x 20, 20 x 30, 30 x 20, 30 x 30 sized lots all around the worlds, while the bigger lots are quickly filled. So I'd love a community lot with one of those kinds of sizes, if possible. I'd also appreciate if you'd build on an unoccupied lot in a specific world and then let me know the exact location where you built it (so it would look just as nice in my game as in yours) but if that's not possible then I understand.
I enjoy/don't enjoy berry, occult sims, etc. Occult sims are awesome! Really, I like all sims! As I said before, I'm more in need of lots than sims, but if you really want to make sims that's fine. I like sims with interesting personalities- if you make sims I'll probably place them in my world(s) and see what Story Progression does to them. :twisted: Haha, or marry them into my active family if the sims get along
I would/would not enjoy pets in the household: Since I probably won't be playing the family, just placing them in my world, pets may not be the best idea (especially horses, haha).
Other~ (Describe here anything that you would really like.) I've pretty much said everything, and I'm sure I will LOVE whatever you make, no matter what it is! I just have one more, kind of strange, request: could you PLEASE, before you start making me anything, go in CAS to the male facial hair section and see if the "no facial hair" box has a little store icon in the bottom right corner. If you do have one, that's an indication that you could have the Arezzo counter in your game. This is a piece of cc that attaches automatically to uploads, isn't always recognized by custard, and is VERY tricky to get out of your game (sometimes you have to reinstall to get rid of it). I recently became very paranoid about this. The Arezzo counter could be in the counters section, but it's also known to hide out under a picture of a modern sink or half wall or anything else. It always has the same name though. It will have a store icon at the bottom even though it is NOT an official store item, it is cc. I'm sorry for rambling on about it, but I'm so scared of that counter that I don't want to risk it getting into my game. Please check your game before you start making anything for me AND after, before uploading, too. And just post a little reassuring comment saying that you don't have the counter in your game, so that I can fully enjoy whatever wonderful thing you make me without being scared to download. And everyone else will know it's safe to download too! Like I said, Custard doesn't always catch it, which makes it particularly frustrating, as you never know if something has it or not before downloading.

Thank you also for bringing up the counter issue and how to find it. I did have it in one of my games awhile back but thankfully was able to remove it easily. This is also why I keep this exchange as cc free as I'm able too. People don't realize how much it can mess with your game.

I've been slightly hesitant to join, due to all the crazy family stuff we've had going on in the last month or two...my mom got horribly sick right after my birthday in Feb, and then spent a month in the hospital (2 weeks of which were pretty much unnecessary, but the stupid insurance wasn't communicating well with the incompetent 🐸🐸🐸🐸 in the dr's office, so they wouldn't approve the meds she needed...) and now that she's finally back home, she's trying to wean herself off the pain meds so she can function, and it's just a huge mess. *sigh* But, things seem to be somewhat back to normal, so I'm feeling very optimistic about sim time!

Some of my favorite Colors are: Purple (all shades!), Green, Blue, but I like most colors.
I really don't like this Color: Not a big fan of orange or pink...these would need to be used sparingly and in appropriate situations...a little girl's room or sim with pink accents, for example.
I love to use this set: I adore the jazz age/bohemian CAS items. And I love Victorian and deco and craftsman build styles, so things that go well with those.
I play mostly in this world: This varies, honestly. Right now, I've been playing in a custom world while helping christine with her testing. But my favorite EA worlds are, in no particular order: Lucky Palms, Dragon Valley, Roaring Heights, Midnight Hollow.
I enjoy this style of build the most: Victorian, art deco/nouveau, craftsman. Though I like all styles, really! My library is very randomly filled with houses and community lots of all types!
I really don't want this in my game: Lots that are *so* packed with stuff that they take forever to load and/or cause lag. Lag is bad.
I would like lots of the following sizes: I would love some more smaller lots! 10x10-40x40, anything in that range would be lovely!
I enjoy/don't enjoy berry, occult sims, etc: Not a huge fan of the berry sims (I tend to like a more realistic color scheme on my sims. But I like the aliens and plant sims and genies...I'm weird like that). And I love me some occults! So I guess I don't mind colorful sims...as long as they're also occult ones, lol.
I would/would not enjoy pets in the household: Honestly, I almost never play with pets. Maybe the occasion horse. The cats and dogs just tend to be more work than I want to play with. But if the household just screams that it needs a cat or dog, I'm ok with that.

I would love some community lots that make use of the items from the store venues...almost always, the venues they give us are on huge lots that I can't ever fit into my towns. So a smaller lot would be wonderful! I would also be thrilled with a family home on a smaller lot...can never have enough houses for families! If your talents lie in the CAS department...my legacy sims would love some attractive town residents to woo! But really, I'm sure I would love anything!

So a smaller lot would be wonderful! I would also be thrilled with a family home on a smaller lot...can never have enough houses for families! If your talents lie in the CAS department...my legacy sims would love some attractive town residents to woo! But really, I'm sure I would love anything!
