I placed a request a long time ago, but due to some things that were thrown my way IRL I did not have time to access the internet/make contact. I am back though, and ready to place a request.
Request Form (Residential Lot)
Username: Dubkipz Preferred builder* (if none, leave blank): Type of build (Modern, Traditional, Victorian, Gothic, etc. or leave blank): Futuristic/Modern. Something fit for Oasis Landing. Which EPs and SPs do you have? Generations, Showtime, Seasons, Island Paradise, Into the Future, Diesel, 70's, 80's, 90's stuff. If you have Showtime, which edition do you have (basic, Limited, or Katy Perry)? Limited. Lot size (dimensions): 30x30+. This is up to the builder in the end, though. Number of bedrooms: 5 bedrooms. Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? One bedroom must be a master bedroom, including a ensuite bath. There must also be a bedroom aimed as a nursery. The other two bedrooms need to be neutral. The last but not least needs to be made specifically to cater to plumbots. Number of bathrooms: 3+, including the ensuite bathroom. I'll leave this up to the builder however. Favorite color schemes: I love simple, neutral hues as well as pastel colours. I also love deep colours, and I really love dark reds and greens. Browns are OK, as long as they are not too deep (preferably on the lighter end of the colour spectrum.) Colors you dislike: I really don't like orange, but if you can work with it by all means do so! I'm not really picky. I'm not a big fan of unnatural/unrealistic colours/patterns. Do you want it furnished and decorated? Furnished and decorated please. Can patterns from Create-a-Pattern be used? I prefer not. Please list the Store content that can be used: I have lots of scattered store content, so it's better safe than sorry to not use it. If you cannot resist using an item or two though, just ask me and I can probably buy it (if I don't have it.) I'd like a pool, as well as some areas with the grass carpeting. I love landscaping, so that's a plus. I need a study room in the home. I also need a bot workshop/studio somewhere in the home. Additional instructions? Although it may seem like I have a lot of requirements, it's really up to the builder as to how they want the home to look! The builder is spending their precious time to create something as such.

LOL! P-Pup, you need to sit in the front row with Cath and I. I am planning to blame all my bad behavior on Cath, who likely will cause no trouble on her own as she is both a lady and a grown-up (which doesn't seem that appealing to me, but to each her own). We can put her between us and see if Taryn will buy it that Cath is the one doing it all.

I know very little (almost nothing) about computer specs. Did you post yours because you were concerned that your machine won't handle a house that is as big as in your request? If in doubt, I suggest that you grab one of the really huge builds (one of the ones that have a lot of stuff on the lot) and see if you get performance issues.
You have waited so long that we certainly want to make sure that you can actually USE the house we build for you.
Another point: I looked at your request and I think you should expect a maximum of 8 bedrooms. I know that you listed about four bedrooms and then said "6ish" guest rooms, but we are usually unwilling to build houses that are bigger than you would need if you aren't using a MOD. Since eight is the number of Sims you can play without a MOD, generally the builder isn't willing to go over that limit.
I am listed as a preferred requester for someone who has been waiting even longer than you have, so I am going to claim hers.

I thought I would add my PC specs in for good measure, when I bought my computer (a year ago) it was above average so I don't anticipate any issues with the sim's, I've played on some big lots with no issues
I don't play the game with any mods, and I know as you're only allowed a maximum of 8 sims in a household you wouldn't want a house with say for examples sake 15 rooms, what I'm after is a master bedroom for Scott, if he gets married naturally his wife will stay there, if they decide to have kids, chances are it will be one, so I'm after the rooms for the child to use as they progress. the remainder of the guest rooms I have will be filled with roommates, if how ever, with the design of the build it means I have a couple of guestrooms, I am fine with that. I use the roommates for easy social bar raising, not the rent. (as at this stage in the game, I have various businesses/resorts)
Any other questions please feel free to ask, I check this topic several times a day
