These are just brainstorming ideas, I built over the course of a few years ago. I never plan on finishing them. It will be hard to go back and do so. I just want to share with you THE CRAZY STUFF. (there will be more to come lol) I can't believe I'm actually sharing this stuff with you all (it's embarrassing well some of it)
When the stuff pack 70's 80's & 90's stuff came out. I wanted to make a disco club, I started but never finished. take a look at this weird stuff.
When we were first introduced to the casino, from the store team I planned onbuilding this weird casino, but I lost interest because it was to large and just hideous lol. I did make a small one using some ideas but I never released it either lol.
Your disco club build looks great! The colours of the windows look great. Great rooftop structure to attract sims to the club,Sims would enjoy dancing on the dance floor inside. The rooftop of the casino looks great with you doing the shape of a dice and a gambling table. Great entrance to the casino with the arrow props. Perhaps one day you will return to the builds? They would look great!

Boundless Estates is a very nice home Great design of the exterior of the house, It looks great how you have done the carport. The way you have done the plants either side of the front entrance looks nice. Very nice pool and hot tub area! It looks great that you have placed water fountains on either sides of the pool and have placed umbrella covered loungers in the 4 corners of the pool area for sims to enjoy sitting and relaxing in the sunshine on poolside. The palm trees look great there. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the outdoors hot tub or in the sauna room, The colour and texture of the sauna room walls is restful and soothing, suiting the type of room. Great furnishing of the interior of the home. The living room is nice. It looks great how you have done the sectional sofa seating for sims to sit and enjoy watching tv on. The patterned floor mat looks great with the black of the seating, Nice furnishing of the master bedroom. The patterning of the wall behind the bed looks nice.Nice colour shades you have used for the room. The clothes rack closet looks great. It looks great that you have placed plants either side of the bed. Great design of the kitchen,.The shades of brown and red combined with the wood textures looks very nice. Very nice window plants alcove section. Sims will enjoy growing plants in the planters there and using the harvested produce straight away in cooking. The hanging plants there look nice. Very nice dining area. Nice patterning that you have used to recolour the dining seats. The glass dining table looks nice with the dining seats. The fruit bowl on top of the table is nice for sims to see when eating there. Great bar area nook for sims to enjoy having a drink with their meals,The bottles racks shelving there looks great.. The floor tiling in the bathroom looks great. Great bath tub alcove. It looks great how you have furnished the girls and boys bedrooms. It looks great how you have placed the sports balls on the floor mat and desk in the boys bedroom and have the sports picture on the wall. It looks nice how you have placed the pictures on the side wall next to the girls bedroom. Great study desk areas in the rooms for sims to use a computer or do homework at. Nice picture in the girls room that you have placed on the study desk wall for sims to see when sitting there. Nice library and art room for sims to enjoy sitting on the seating reading a book or painting on the easel.

Hello simmers, just wanna share a lot I made, It's using the bakery set (of course ) I hope you all like and enjoy. happy simming 30x30 lot size No CC, NO CAP MOO is minimum. (very heavy using sims 3 pets expansion pack)
Lovely BBQ and Bakery lot! I like the way you have decorated the bakery and eating area. Recommended. Love your other Smoot farm series too. Great idea to add a farmers' market inside. Smoot BBQ and Bakery is great! Great exterior of it! It looks great how you have done the roofing. The brickwork exterior walls of the BBQ area looks great. Great front porch area. Sims will enjoy cooking on the grills there and eating outdoors at the picnic tables. The type of fencing you have used looks great. It looks great that you have done the two flights of steps either side of the build. Great design of the build to have a cookies/pies bakery and a BBQ themed bakery places together in the same lot. Great furnishing of the interior of the shops. It looks great how you have placed the display shelves and stocked them with food themed to the BBQ and to the bakery type goods in the different areas of the build, Great indoors dining table area. The texture and colour of the walls in the BBQ area looks great and suits the type of area. The pattern that you have used for the sofa and the horse picture on the wall looks great and adds to the themed feel of the build . The balloons look nice in the cookies and pies themed bakery area.
