I never liked the way Mosquito Cove looked and it was on a great building site so I took it upon myself to give it a complete make over. I never uploaded the lot and it has since been deleted or lost but I did find this one screen shot.

PS this was done with tons of custom content! I am a cc junkie!

    Birdie's Coffee & Tea House

Soothe your cares away at Birdie's, have a cup of tea or coffee. Sit outdoors and listen to the birds sing and the sound of the fountain. Or if you rather, go upstairs and enjoy a book with your beverage.

Hello all! This next post is just for me to show off my most complicated and complex build to date. It is not available on the exchange because it is loaded with custom content from that site we love to hate, who's name is not spoken on these forums, you probably know which one I mean.

I was and still am a custom content addict. I have over 1,600  items of it in a separate game so I won't accidentally use it for the build I upload to the exchange.

Anyway, I call this little place "My Mansion". It is still mostly unfurnished so I will show you what I have finished.

 Wow! I had already rec'd those that are in your studio, and it is great to have the better overall look of them in your pictures.
I've liked your builds, and most of all, I like that they are playable homes and builds.
If that sounds odd, because it's difficult to describe what I mean, it's because creations that look stunning, often are really awful to actually use in game to play.

That I mean generally, my particular play style of a single YA generally means that I have everything in a small playing field, but require a lot of space for activities to get the skill challenges met, that can take a long time, with me just watching them doing the related things, and I like things that visually please me to look at whilst they are busy! Odd things take my fancy, watching say 'Midsomer Murders' will have me wanting to use the crazy combinations of finishes on some of the houses in the show.

You may find, as your store content grows that you find less of a need for CC, but that Persian carpet in your mansion has me drooling!
Your builds without the CC are beautiful and practical enough without it, and I like that you leave so much room for players to put their individual stamp on the homes.
You build, imo very well, and anyone downloading your work will be really happy with how well they play.
The only CC I find I just cannot do without are some Poppies from TSR, [Flanders, Himalayan pink + blue] other than those I'm CC free, and have a few CAP patterns from some of our awesome creators, but mostly leave them out of the lots I save to 'bank'/studio.

I think it's great that you only upload work that's CC free. Good show!

    The Jenkin's Residence
Built for the Designer's Mega Oasis Inc. Contest. This home has been designed in the Mid-Century Modern style with a nod to the Glitz and Glamour era of the 20's. There are two bedrooms each with an attached bath, a study, dining room, a large open living area and a large kitchen with breakfast area. Upstairs is a tv/home theater/game room and a half bath. There is also a patio with a Wood Fire Oven and a pool. The lot is completely landscaped.

Note: the object of this contest was to design and furnish the interior of a house designed by the host. We started with an empty shell consisting of the main floor and the small second story room. There were no stairs, interior walls, windows or doors. We could not change the footprint of the home nor add floors or basements.
