These two homes have been hanging around in my game for what seems like FOREVER! Hence the names - LOL!
I remember starting the first one waaaay back last August and the second one was something I just kept fiddling with over a similar period of time..
So having found them gathering dust in my folders, I figured I may as well bring them out of the shadows and into the limelight that is the Sims3 Exchange - I hope they don't disappoint!
So, without further ado, may I present, for your viewing pleasure....
GUNNADOO and WANNADOO
First we have Gunnadoo, a simple two bed, one & a half bath country style cabin, with open plan living and dining, and a small, homey kitchen. Outside is where everything really kicks off though!
First there's the enormous wrap-around verandah, with painting easel, telescope, chess table, a couple of outdoor lounges and some potted vegie plants.
Moving out into the back yard, you have the wonderful round swimming pool, with pond incorporated (one fishing spawner) for your angling pleasure. Once you've caught your fish, you might want to make use of the BBQ under the pergola.. or just grab a quick drink before jumping in the pool again!
This home is built on a 40x40 lot and looks real pretty in Hidden Springs - but I'm sure it would fit in well in a number of worlds!
Next up is Wannadoo, a larger suburban style home with four bedrooms and three & a half baths. There's a combined lounge/dining area, with a wonderful fireplace for those chilly winter evenings, as well as a chess set to wile away the hours till bed.
The kitchen is the showpiece of this home, large and with plenty of bench space, with a gorgeous country style feel to it, as well as having a cozy nook with a sofa and a couple of rocking chairs around the quaint little fireplace. Just enjoy the peace and quiet and the gorgeous views of the beautiful backyard.
This lot was built on a 40x30 lot and is perfect for the larger family; easily accommodating 2 adults and 5 kids - there's a crib in one of the bedrooms as well!

Ok here is a small little Elixir shop I have been working on for a DNA Request for the wonderful DivaOfDarkness. It is setting on an EA 25x25 lot at 45 Paradise Circle in Sunlit Tides.
It is set in tropic but has a little bit of a tropical twist on the inside. It has the Alchemy station, The Lady Ravendancer Goth's Book of Spells, heck even Bonehilda resides here..
* Six Floors of Fun Things to Explore
* Elaborate Superhero Museum (The Bixby) is the top two floors (includes a working Gift Shop and displays and trophies from the Super Squad)
* Grounds of The Bixby has Fallen Heroes Park--- memorials to lost superheroes and a Chapel
* Hidden Entry into MASSIVE underground complex that is the Secret Headquarters of the Super Squad (made expertly by Atlantic94)
* Rooms for each Super Squad member, training areas, science lab, arcane lab, everything a superhero team needs to fight crime in Bridgeport (or any other city)!
Just like everything else on this lot, the chapel isn't just what it seems.
There are specific team rooms that they use to practice, train, and experiment in ways to protect the city and each member has their own private quarters.
This is from Blue Phantom's Rooms. He was a police officer in the 1930s and there are photos from his old squad, as well as photos of various police agencies over the years that he has helped. In addition to his mementos, there is also a private crypt since he is a ghost. We don't know if this is where he is laid to rest (his body at any rate) or if there is some other beloved person who rests in that crypt.
Sujitha is leaving her home in Singapore, having won a scholarship to study abroad. Not only is her father arranging a marriage for her but she is tired of painting kitsch on shells for tourist. Plus, there is the little incident about the fire at the school, the theater and a few other places about town and word on the street she is on the shortlist of suspects. A very talented artist and all she needs is a fresh start. gngrsnp
Her is your Bonus as Sujitha did not want to Fly alone with out her seat mate. Here the girls are all deck out in their finest and their clothes are creator choice. Her Friend, nick named "Oi" is chines and Malaysian mix and is a little high strung as she is the 7th daughter of her fathers 3rd marriage. Very learned, Rich influential man and he still cannot figure out "Y" none of his wives past and present could not give him a son. So she was raised with all the pressures of the son he never had.
Foreign Exchange students Sujitha and Hsui Mei aka Oi, met on the plan to their host country, became fast inseparable friends.With Oi's family wealth and her ambition, Sujitha's artistic talents and charm, the sky is the limit. That is if the girls minor quirks don't set them back, a bit. Keep and extinguisher handy and a therapist on call for these too. by gngrsnp
