    Got Town Life free + code, still wont work...needs update?

    I recently got the town life stuff pack for free and then had to download it again because I read around here to. Now I have it installed, entered the product code, and its giving me an error message. I tried to uninstall everything (main, world, loft) and installed town life after the base game then the other 2 and I have the same problem as before. Ive looked for an update to town life but haven't been able to find one to download. I do not have internet at home, I download everything from my local library computers onto a flash drive then take it home and install from there. What can I do to get town life to work? :( :?:
