The town life as free gift

I went to redeem the town life as the free gift and it says to go into origin that was downloaded and i went to my games like it said and theres no option to download it.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

i hate the the term free gift but i digress.it may not show up in your download section for 72 hours. Not that it'll help much without the code......
