      please make the rooms decently big but not overly big. this is a risquecy i'm taking on so each room has to fit the specific person.
      1. master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is for my main character gabe so it has to be modern and sexy. he's a big time model.
      2. second master room with ensuite bathroom. this is going to his mother's room and the taking care of his many kids coming from his conquests. it needs to be feminant but comfortable.
      3. third master bedroom with ensuite bedroom. this is the baby momma's room. so this room needs to be soft and relaxing. it's important this room has three singleton beds along with a pink bassinet and blue bassinet by each bed.
      4. this is the nursery it needs to be gender neutral and newborn oriented so cribs and rocking chairs are welcome in this room. (please have at least ten cribs in this room since i'm only using risky woohoo at 50% and it has been very accurate)
      5. this is for toddlers. so this rooms needs be also gender neutral and toddler oriented so 10 toddler beds, toddler toys, high chairs, and potty chairs are important in this room.
      6. this room is for child boys/teen boys to share. three sets of bunk beds need to be in this room. so i can put at least six boys in here. it needs to be masculant and boyish. this room should also have a ensuite bathroom.
      7.this room is for child girls/teen girls to share. it needs an ensuite bathroom. it should be feminant and girly. there needs to be three sets of bunk beds in this room as well for six girls.
      8. a fun game room for children, teens, and adults
      9. a study room for teens and children to do their homework in.
      also please make the kitchen open concept to the dining and living room.

      I'm sorry, but I have some bad news for you. It is the opinion of the VERY experienced builders on D.N.A. that the house you have requested would be unplayable on nearly every computer. My computer is really excellent and optimized for Sims and I think this would even tax my machine to have as many babies, toddlers, and children as you would have in order to have a need for this many beds and cribs.

      You could only even have this many if you are using MODs. Just because someone makes a MOD that theoretically allows you to have 100 Sims in your household at one time does NOT mean that you can actually play that household without performance issues.

      More than that, our builders are unwilling to build something this excessive in terms of bedroom and, especially, bed numbers.


      You have a few options.

      1. Cancel your request and see if there is another request team willing to make this for you.

      2. Edit your request to something that would accommodate a household of eight Sims and request three large, empty rooms which you could then furnish and decorate yourself in order to fit all the beds and cribs you wish.

      3. Request this house as a shell and you can do the interior décor yourself.

      Please post to tell us which option you choose. If we don't hear from you soon we will cancel your request.
