Well done It is wonderful. I'm glad you finished it and got it up.
I've been building another one. It's not going as I'd like but at least I have a valid track. I just turned the computer off and am using my phone. It's after midnight and I have to go to work in the morning. I have Thursday off though. I do have other plans for Thursday but they can change. I do have to stop after this one though. Can't spend all my time building roller coasters. Even if it is fun.
I just recolored the Boardwalk to fit MH (cause I forgot to download Cinderellimouse's recolor :P). These are great! Makes me want to go home and try my own!

I tried to keep it smallish -- it fits on a 40x40 lot -- so hopefully it will be easier to place in your world. Park includes games, bull riding, face painting, spring riders, roller skating rink and, of course, a rollercoaster.
If I had enough money to buy the boardwalk I would turn the roller coaster into a Ghost train. The train would move around a haunted house, going from room to room. I would also try and add some real ghost of the Sims. Or even add the rollercoaster to Grims Mansion, Starts and ends in the moslem and ventures into the garden and around his house. To use the ride Sims wouldnt have to knock on his door, they could sneak peek into his mysterious manor.
Can anybody on here create a roller coaster that goes into a haunted looking building? I'd like the interior decorated with some Halloween themed stuff and if you can have some water were they get wet.
I want to use the haunted theme on a coaster and this would give me a good reason to.
can some1 make a festival lot with sooky theme for fall love wonder theme for spring nothing for winter lol and summer thriller ones i would love to see that one i dont have that set yet but i would to see something so nice like that.
I had started two new roller coasters/fun parks over the past few days. I decided to finish the smaller one tonight. It sill needs more testing as so far I've only had one Sim of mine visit it and try things out since it has been finished. So far so good.
It is on a 50x50 lot in Sunlit Tides. There are two roller coasters again. Both tracks are quite short. I thought of this as being mostly for children. Although I don't have any in my current game so can't use them to test it.
Here are a few pictures:

The entrance - it uses the ticket machine and door. One door is set to allow the household in without paying. The others are for Sims with a yellow ticket. They can buy a ticket at one of the 3 ticket machines near the doors. This building also has toilet facilities.
Some NPC Sims enjoying the pool.
As you are probably aware from the look of the pictures - KPST was used extensively. Items also came from Seasons and Through the Spyglass and Le Cirque Esprit sets with a few other bits and pieces.
There are numerous attractions scattered around the lot. There is the pool with waterslide and waterfall and diving board. Face painting. Apple bobbing. Eating contests. Roller Coasters. Photo Booths. Soccer. Horseshoes. Water slide. seating. outdoor shower. juice bar. Quick Croissants Coffee bar. savvy seller register and many other items to keep Sims happy and busy having fun.
This one is supposed to show that it isn't quite so pink when the sun is up.
Here are some more pictures - Sims enjoying the park on day 2. Still play testing it and will move it soon to a new town and add a family with children to test children in the lot.
Some Sims from town having a roller coaster ride.

They have a hot tub too
I'm moving the lot to a new town now so I can test it will a family that has a lot of children.
EDIT: OK. I moved them - and I have an extended family in Dragon Valley. There are 5 households with a mixture of ages. Not many children left as I've aged most of them up to teens or young adults already.
I got a Sim to invite a few to this lot. I thought a few might turn up and they'd all drift away quickly. However, I was wrong. Everyone arrived and I just had to send them home for a sleep so I can get them back there tomorrow and get some pictures in daylight.
I'll also invite other groups at the same time and see what happens.
I also discovered you have to turn on some of the spring riders.

That's enough pictures. I'll put it up onto the Exchange soon and put the link to it here too.
I am just loving all these coaster lots with all their varying themes. I'm probably going to plop down some lots in edit town out in an open field all together and put several of these coaster lots down, to create a sort of massive amusement park look. Hopefully will be able to do this in Sunset Valley 2 since its got lots of flat space, and a ton of lots. So excited!!! That's going to be my master save Keep em coming!
Wow  so many fabulous lots! Thank you all for sharing!! From the list GoddessHekate so kindly provided, the one by TheMatteoO looks like it would go great in Sunlit Tides or Island Paradise, and also I notice Poffpoff2 hasn't uploaded his lot yet. :P
@ Karritz that's a wonderfull build i love it :-) :-)
and i'm feeling confident enough with building rollercoasters to add activities i.e. game machines etc
Thank you rumbutter.
That's excellent news if you are starting to get adventurous with your building. I am pushing everything as far as I can at the moment. Just to see what happens.
There are items in buy de bug that you might like to add as well. That's where I got the festival items from for my lots.
With the KPST lot, I filtered on the SP and tried to include almost everything. I left a few items out and didn't go near the clothes
I'm play testing this new lot now in Sunlit Tides. It was 2:30 am when I finished putting up the pictures in this thread. Now I have today off work so will move it to a new game and add a family with lots of children to test it fully. Although I did just see a child from town purchasing food so it can bring children from town to the lot.
Then I'm going to finish off the BIG roller coaster I started building in a different Sunlit Tides game. I've got it to the point where the track is valid but I want to change a few things. It has a really long ride as its on a big lot and only one coaster that goes around and around for ages.
Edit - again: I just added more pictures of Sims using the pink roller coaster lot.
Great job everyone on the roller coaster builds! I have not had time to work on one yet, but every time I look at this thread I get more motivated. :P

I want to use the haunted theme on a coaster and this would give me a good reason to.
Here are some pix of my roller coaster. It's a single coaster that makes three laps around the lot (64x64).

I like that one because it will allow for longer coaster rides. I may end up downloading it. This would be perfect for Aurora Skies.
