Lot builders world

If anyone is interested I have a small world that I have used for my lot building world. the world contains 2 of each size of EA lots (one residential and one commercial) from 10x10 to 64x64. Nothing fancy and very basic.
Each lot is touched on at least two sides by roads so you can build the lot to either direction. I did not include any beach lots because they seem to vary from world to world.

Here is the link to "Under Construction" Lot builders world
The very first world I build to help me with my lot building. all lots are flat which I like when I share my lots with friends. I have none yet on the exchange but that will change soon.
I like to build my own communities, so I'm going to download this and try it out.
You are very welcome Reachsims... at first this world was the only reason I downloaded CAW was to build this and I did not plan on doing any more with caw. When I got the original sims I loved building lots and so my thought was to build "Under Construction" and then just work on building lots again I did not realized how much fun (and addictive) building entire worlds would be.
