  @PHOEBESMOM601 -- Those pics are a perfect example. That's what I would want an urban area to look like. Most urban areas are NOT upscale 8) .

  Wow, when I first heard "grunge" I thought that sounded like a bad thing until you put it into perspective and all these ideas sound so good. I like it! :thumbup:
