What are your 3 main features you want in Sims 4?

«13
Hello simmers!
I've been thinking that a lot of people want changes for the Sims 4 to be official, like no rabbitholes or babies with legs and stuff. But what are your must have changes to the game?
Mine are:
1) More interactive jobs.
I know its hard to create more interactive jobs due to how much the EA team can fit into the game but it would be cool to make your own business and be your own boss like the Sims 2 did. But maybe just more everyday jobs like a hairdresser or teacher which you can control your Sim and work instead of waiting for your Sim to return home.
2) More birthdays.
I thought that maybe we could have mini life stages within a major life stage. This is because we can have more birthdays with different ages for longer so at your party, your friends don't end up majorly younger than you. ( EG: Child's birthday party, blows candles ends up teen. All guests children... AWK)
3) Diseases and injuries
Many I know already have said this but maybe it would be cooler to have more injuries and sickness to our Sims. Like broken arms or legs. (EG: Fight or fallen down the stairs.) Or more sickness instead of allergies or colds. Some life threating some treatable. We can have days off sick or new furniture for broken legs or arms like wheelchairs and crutches.
Well those are my ideas! What about yours? :D

    Hi :D

    Well, in no praticual order...

    1. Humor
    3. challenging- as in no promotions for just going to work, no quick friends, no free clothes/food
    2. engaging Sims :D

    Those are important to me...

Bring back features from Sims 2. More interactions with the family, all Sims can have dinner together, etc.

    1. A more customizable Story Progression system, or at least an option to have it how it was in The Sims 1 and 2.

Some people don't care about what goes on in town outside of the active family. I do. I'm a "fascist" when it comes to simming, in the words of J.M. Pescado, and I don't want sims to do ANYTHING when I'm not playing them. That includes aging. The fact that it's impossible to play multiple families the way I want is the number 1 reason I hate The Sims 3.

    2. Adopted kids that didn't have their memory wiped when they were put up for adoption.
I'd love for my adopted orphans to remember who their real parents were as well as being added to the family tree of their new parents. And if their birth parents are still alive they should recognize their child if they see them around town.

Um, I can't think of anything else!

    1. turn on and offs
    2. Open venues (dont like work ones my personal preference)
    3. and more humor (🐸🐸🐸🐸 random nonsense that they use to include like the stalker fan from superstar and the penguin from seasons)

I agree with you all. Especially more Sims 2 interactions and objects to family life.
Also I thought of another. CHILDHOOD CHRUSHES! There is like no love interactions for kids. Kids can have crushes and secret lovers and most write it in diaries. I think that would be a fun interaction to have with kids instead of just doing homework! :D

    As Tanya and Rflong said above;

    1. Humour - Slapstick Humour, Hidden Adult Humour, and Charming Humour.

    2. More Social Interactions - Much, much, much, much, much more Interactions; that each have a hilarious consequence if the two Sims' don't know each other too well, or have a different opinion on the subject at matter.

    3. More Zany, Awesomer Everything! - I want all of the hilarity that the original game had back. I want all of the little features. I want to be able to experience the events with my Sims' instead of reading it on a pop-up. I want the little prank calls you'd get back, I want the cutscenes back, I want the romantic music that played when two of your Simmies' got frisky back.
I want 'TS4' to return to its roots. It has become too realistic, well, more realistic-er then its predecessors anyway. I want the mysterious, charming, jazzy aura that 'The Sims' originally had. :]

I'd like to see TS3's level of customization (preferably a DEEPER level) to go with the "aliveness" of TS2. That and TS2's ability to make clothes from "scratch" the way that we could in TS2. I'd also like to see more "conservative" (for a lack of a better term) hairstyles for male Sims. Not everyone who plays the Sims is a Justin Bieber fan or a Justin Bieber "wannabe".

Real Ethnic Diversity. I am tired of having African Sims that look like dark skinned Caucasians.

    1. A good attraction system. I want sims to be able to have features and traits that makes sims attractive or unattractive to them. I have that everyone seems to be attracted to my sim the instant that they see each other. The love letters, gifts and calls for dates are really annoying when my sim is MARRIED! I want one sided crushes, casual dating (where they don't become romantic interest just because they kissed) I want turn on's and turn off's that can be set.

    2. More realistic time frame for actions. It shouldn't take so darn long for sims to do simple things like eat and shower. Or walk from upstairs to downstairs. I find myself on 2x or 3x speed a lot of the time because they just take too long to do things.

    3. Traits that mean something, and interact with other traits and sims. I hate that two sims with opposing traits can fall in love and get married in one sim day. The only reason you can tell sims apart by their traits is by the little animations they do when you leave them alone for a long time. Otherwise, sims are just like every other sim. Their traits don't really mean anything, and even if a sim doesn't want to do something, you can still override that and make them do it anyway. I can't tell you how many times a vegetarian sim has gotten sick from eating hot dogs. I just forget and do 'call household to meal' and they go and eat like an idiot. If the vegetarian trait was doing it's job then that sim should refuse to eat, throw a fit or whatever they need to do to get something else.

Yes! It's not as bad as it was. Now, with EPs and SPs it's better. When it was just the base game, it seemed like males only had three options. (a) Nerd (b) Justin Bieber (c) Adam Lambert
    I was so frustrated!

    1. Still work Rabbitholes (who wants to see their sim at school all day) but open venues also, like Bistros or Day Spas!

    2. Better animations! No shaking hands to greet! Toddlers falling over on their new walking legs! Fish pulling sims over! Little things like this would make such a big difference!

    3. More pronounced ages! Right now elders just seem like adults with bad backs and wrinkles! They should be able to offer advice to younger sims! Teens should be able to have crushes! Adults should be more mature than Young Adults! At the moment I see no difference!

I agree with all of Rflong7's selections. I just want to put in a little more detail for emphasis.

    1. I want challenges in the game! I want my sims to work to earn skill points which will be necessary to get promoted. I want earning friends to be a challenge and also a necessity for promotions. I want food to be something that my sims have to learn how to cook and then spend time cooking. I want to make my sims miserable and then build them up to where they are brilliant and rich, but I want it to be a struggle to get them there.

    2. I want humor back in the game. In sims1 , I was amused constantly and thrilled to tell my family about the hilarious thing that happened to my sims. Now playing seems boring and uneventful.

    3. I want engaging personality filled sims. I want traits to have meaning.

I assume the limit of three features is to avoid clutter, but I really can't do just three... lol

    1. CAW incorporated into the base game.. be able to build your towns in-game, and not some 'forever beta' program...

    2. Varying heights for Sims, I'm sick of all Sims being the same height per age group.

    3. WEATHER

    4. Pets (at least dogs and cats)

    5. Actually getting into vehicles again.. I *hate* teleporting from the sidewalk.

    6. Dynamic hair/clothing (*very seriously doubt this one, but I can dream, right??)

    In order of importance:

    1. No or few rabbit holes
    2. More lots and more big lots in every world released
    3. More three bedroom homes for families
    4. A lot of ability to run different kinds of businesses
    5. A way to choose the transportation method of each world - so you don't end up with futuristic worlds or longtime past worlds with normal, current-day vehicles.
    6. Better weddings that you can plan a lot more detail
    7. A lot more spa objects, and they should have attendants so you don't need some random sim to perform your spa services
    8. Amusement and carnival themed world for dlc with interactive rides, and carnival games
    9. More casino related objects/venues

yes we saw it on another post. Someone said that is too complex to be included on Thesims but i Showed Spore Creature creation worked in somewhat the same idea but with a more simple graphic.
