    Free Simpoints broken?

    It's been 2 days (this morning makes day 3) and I haven't been able to get the 50 free points. Anyone know what's going on?

      This has happened before. I would keep checking back until there is a notification from EA that the promotion is over.

      Many have seen that it doesn't appear, but after some days they do again.

      Same here. Haven't seen the bonus simpoints button for about 3 days now.

      Same here. I haven't seen these ads in 2 days and I do hope EA will make this PROMO permanent!

      I have noticed that it will dissapear for a few days and then come back. You just need to keep checking.

      I also haven't seen the free simpoint button for about 3 days. I was thinking the promo had ended. I wonder if they will tell us once the promo is over for good?

      Same here! I've been unable to purchase SimPoints for 2-3 weeks, so it really stinks that I haven't been able to get the free SPs. :x

      The last time I saw the button was on June 30th. :( I read another thread a few days ago where someone called CS about the button not showing up and was told they turn it on & off. Hopefully they will turn it back on soon. :P

      Wow, someone actually called customer service about this? LOL, That's like calling CBS to ask when the next commercial is going to show up. But I guess that is a positive, it shows that people are really responding to these sponsored ad programs.

      The Free Points just showed up for me. :D It was a little glitched though. If it disappears on you, hit refresh a few times!

      It came out for me yesterday and today after waiting for one week or so. Maybe they are waiting for new advertisements to add for us to click?
