      Hey Team!! So Glad it's July already, so excited for the 4th. Anyways, here's my request

      Username: monracool123
      Preferred builder* (if none, leave blank): one that has aurora skies and hidden springs
      Type of lot (laundromat, club, library, park, etc.): an observatory
      Which EPs and SPs do you have? all except for island paradise; all except for katy perry, 70-80-90.
      If you have Showtime, which edition do you have (basic, Limited, or Katy Perry)? katy perry
      Lot size (dimensions): I really don't know yet
      Public restrooms? yes, of course
      Favorite color schemes: subalpine colors, brown, deep green, that matches the mountains in hidden springs
      Colors you dislike: bright crying colors, like cyan.
      Do you want it furnished and decorated? of course, well.. at least good landscaping
      Can patterns from Create-a-Pattern be used? no please
      Please list the Store content that can be used: Aurora Skies, Hidden Springs, woodsman chair, stones throw greenhouse, faire folk outdoors, frontier finds, mediterrenean dinning, hacienda luxury
      Please list the Dr. Pepper and T-Mobile promotional items that can be used: none of them
      If you will be placing this lot in an EA world, which one? hidden springs
      Link to specific building or plan: none yet
      Special requirements (subway, parking, registers, etc.)? I want this lot to fit in the one that has hidden springs in the top of the mountain, which is like a picnic lot, but I want it to have a big, wonderful, well done balcony where it can fit telescopes and a hot air ballon (from aurora skies), and other interactive objects related to the ambiance.
      Additional instructions? it can have different levels (the balcony), so interactive objects can fit well in the lot

      Tip for builders that are gonna be using the Spiral Stairs (If you don't know this already) They can sit on top of each other. I just made that discovery a little while ago and now I feel utterly stupid 'cause I was thinking about that the other day. I'll put a screenshot in My Studio a bit later.

      I'm excited!!!! Me, me, me! Did I guess right? Do I win the prize? :D

      I'll bet Mr. Prince is a little excited himself, seeing as T is building something for him right now!

      I've been kind of afraid to show up here after my last attempt to siphon-off talent with the candy and the cupcakes. :oops:

      I can't promise it will never happen again, but I will try to behave for a short time... I am going to try to absorb some of Taryn's talent!! :mrgreen:
