a few small modifications?

I don't have time to read all the threads, so apologies if anyone else has already asked for any of these, and been answered:
1. it would be nice if the height of foundations wasn't so rigid. I'd sometimes like to make the terrain level with the top of the foundations, or just a small step down.
2. plain, stackable half- and quarter-walls would be a help with stair landings & split levels, or just add height to a room. They could be merged to deal with door/window placement and wall coverings, or not if preferred.
3. I'd like a planter object that lets outdoor plants grow indoors (floor level & raised bed).
4. I'd like all fences to double as stair rails.
5. I'd like customisable roof patterns, more than one pattern per lot, windows used as skylights, and a triangular gable object to end roofs without overhanging eaves (and it could also sit on pillars over a grand entrance).
That's all, apart from the ones that are probably impossible (like building to the edge of lots, and contiguous lots).
