  The phone version is different from the computer version so yes you have to buy it separately.

  I think you mean the Sims Social, it's through facebook, free, but I think they recently announced that they will discontinue the game soon. It might still be fun to check out.

  no its just plain old sims 3 for windows phone 7, its through xbox live
