I have a suggestion to edit the rules. In generation three, At least one dog has to complete the journal, and I'm on generation three, and poor scout is running herself to death all over town just trying to get 50 gems. She still has to get 50 rocks, and 50 metals. My suggestion is that since there is so much to get, and we are on a normal lifespan, to split the journal up between dogs. Like have one complete the gems, another to complete the rocks, and another to complete the metals, if the player chooses. Because I really don't see one dog being able to complete the journal by itself on normal lifespan without the use of mood cheats or age cheats.

Okay that sounds pretty reasonable. I appreciate you helping me see what needs fine tuning.

I realized I didn't add loves animals as an acceptable trait on the first 2 gens spouse instructions and just corrected it.

My last updates were about 1 month or so ago. I have it on a rotation with other stories and I'll be working on it again next month.
