Problem pressing " @ " with macbook pro and registering product

Hi! I'm a brand new owner of The Sims 3 and I have two problems:

- when I enter the game, it asks me if I'm a member of this community. Of course I'm a registered member, but when I try to log in and write my e-mail address, I fail because I cannot write the @. I use a late 2012 macbook pro. the usual alt + ò/ç/@ combination won't work, I don't know why. I tried other combinations but nothing works. I feel like an idiot, but what should I do?

- I can't register the game. I have 3 codes because I bought the sims 3 + late night + generations, and they don't work. Again, what should I do?

Sorry for my english.

:)

Hold down the "Shift" button and press the number 2 above the letters. :)

Have you got your keyboard set to the county you are in, the one we have at work occasional resets to US which causes us issues.

Other than that you could try typing your email in another programme and then copy and paste it into the email section of your form. Or you can register them on this website I think and that should work for you. Other than that I'm not sure.
