Help with how clothing generates on sims

I'm trying to figure out how to keep my child sims from generating with the Sulani clothing. I also dislike how sims generate with nose rings. I want to change that somehow. I have MCCC but I haven't figured out how to do a blacklist / exclude specific clothing and accessories from generating on my sims. Anyone know of any helpful tutorial?

Sim pictured is living in Strangerville.. I wish we could easily specify dress code for the worlds. :/

I have often wondered the same thing!
Moreover, I advise that the cart button must be destroyed!

    Bad Townies Outfit Fix

I have been playing the sims 4 and using MC command center (MCCC) for years now but I only recently learned MCCC can be used to stop the invasion of the ugly townie outfits.
I will address three ways in which you can use MCCC to fix your townies, two are automated and together they fix all outfits, and one is manual.

I found a couple outfit mods by Bienchen that should help with the random outfits generating.

I figured out how to randomize outfits using MCCC if I see sims with Sulani clothing in the world but trying to blacklist certain items I haven't mastered yet.
