This is more of a complaint than anything else. I just experimented w/a chicken coop and my word!!!!! I had the chicken coop w/a fence around it (walls) and 4 chickens. The weekly bill went up by $15k!!!!!!!!!!!! That is WAAAAAY too much!! I removed only the chicken coop and fences only and the next bill was $15k less! I only hope that EA does NOT make fences dependent on walls next time and make the chicken coops cheaper!!!!!!!!!! I don't know who ever thought of making fences dependent on walls, but that has never been done before in any sims and is just plain dumb! That is WAAAAAAAAYYY overkill! My sims can afford it right now, but just barely. Even IRL keeping chickens is not THAT expensive!
