Bug- Windows 10

Hey there all, just wondering is this a bug?: My Sims 4 icon is greyed out, i clicked it to load my game, wasn't loading. Had to open up origin, update origin, and open it through origin. it's fine tho but shouldn't the shortcut work?
i also toggled over the shortcut and it last said edited April 5th. Is there a way to restore it back?

I know this was a month ago, but for anybody else who has this problem on Windows 10, simply just navigate to the TS4_x64.exe, right click it, hover over "Send To" and click "Desktop". This will create a new shortcut, allowing you to delete the broken one.

Similarly, on Windows 11, just Shift + Right Click the TS4_x64.exe and follow the same steps.
Played TS2, TS3, and obviously TS4. Systems I played the Sims on are GameCube, Xbox 360/One, PS3/4, and now primarily the PC.

The picture is from my ROBLOX game. Yep, I'm a ROBLOX developer and proud to be one.
