Changing Profile Picture?

I hope it is ok to post in this older thread. As long as I understand, I need 25 points and 15 posts to change my profile picture. I just saw that I have 190 points and 41 posts, but I still don't see an option where I could change my profile picture. Where can I find it?

@mrs_starkey, look for the cog wheel up on the top right hand corner next to the site's search bar and click on it. Then click on preferences which takes you to the page that allows you to change your profile picture.

go to Preferences and you will find it @mrs_starkey

Profile > Preferences > Look on the right hand side > Change my picture
