I do not know. Didn't see it in the options we're allowed to control. Hopefully someone else will come by with a better answer. I just hate to open a thread and not say anything. Bothers me a lot when I create a thread and I see how many times it's been read and not a single comment.
It isn't an option on the configuration list. I'm hoping they add marriage, divorce and split household in the future. After the first stories update they added phone calls where sims will ask if it's a good idea to marry and you get 3 options but I believe your sims needs to have a relationship for the call. I don't think marriages are happening in the background yet.
No marriages in mine yet, so you still have to do those manually or through MCCC. I have mine on 2% so it won't be too much. My wishes for future expansions of NS also include marriage/divorce, but also YA moving out of a house or going to uni (or both as they move to dorms). I will keep on hoping that will be added eventually.
Moreover, I advise that the cart button must be destroyed!
