Wouldn't hold my breath on that. As long as the mod works, he most likely isn't going to be interested in chasing down unimportant LE's. The mod works. It doesn't cause any issues. If you are worried you can back up your current save just in case. Make a copy of it and put it in a safe place and continue on.
Whether it causes major issues is very much a case of 'your mileage may vary.' It broke my save months (and many game patches) ago. I decided to test it again on a new save and had different problems.
Some people get no LEs, some only get LEs, and some have major problems.
But I also wouldn't hold my breath on it getting fixed any time soon.
Most likely a conflict with another mod, but it is tricky to use. Any problems with it can be resolved by deleting "selection_group.json" in the folder where the mod is located. This information is for anyone who wants to use the mod. If you don't want to use it, feel free to ignore my testing and information. I am only posting because I know myself that I appreciate it when others explain why a mod is not working or if it is safe, rather then just saying "It's broken" without any other information.

@GoddessByline LEs are Last Exception errors, the little orange ones that pop up in the upper right corner. They very often are non dangerous glitches that occur from minor mod malfunctions or conflicts.

Ballroom Dance Mod - No more dance fever. Autonomy happens only during club gatherings.

The Explore Mod was working for me until it caused a UI error with a Sim profile that caused all the profiles to break. I had to go backward in my saves to undo this error every time. Removing this mod stopped the error from happening. Of course, you may get lucky and not run into the problem, but if it happens you will know what caused it.
ETA: The UI error occurred when I opened a certain Sim's profile from the relationship panel. This was most likely a Sim that had the "license to drive" trait added in their relationship panel. Just guessing, but that's the only way that this mod interacts with the UI relationship panels. So if you never open the profile, or you don't use the bus pass/driver's license feature, you may never see this error. But if you do, it will make the game unplayable until you back up and don't open that profile again, or remove the mod.

In this case, I did already tell them about it on their discord and for now I just need to remove the mod. It's not a conflict, because it occurred with only that mod in the folder and nothing else. It needs to be updated and I am fine to wait until it is, I was just providing the information here not in need of problem solving. Thank you for your interest though!
Not all potential problems will occur in every case. You can continue to get lucky, but it should still be reported as needing an update because some people can have big problems with it.

I've got KawaiiStacie's Education System Bundle that seems to work OK. For the past couple of patches, BetterExceptions has shown a few tuning issues in its Patch Day Report, but I've not had any problems with the mod. I don't think it's that old, though.
