Gallery and Spark'd [Community help needed!]

Well, this is the last resort.

I have an issue that I cannot solve for 2 years so I was hoping that the community could help me.

I cannot remove Spark'd household from my gallery/profile. Can we please raise awareness of this annoying issue?

• I have messaged every active SimGuru here on forums with no reply.
• I have mentioned all known SimGurus on Twitter with no reply.
• I have contacted EA chat support, and as usual, they were not able to help.
• I have posted here in Spark'd forum, but apart from views, I got nothing.
• I have posted it on EA official bug forum (EA Answers), and apart from others having the same issue as me, it is unresolved.

As someone who works in IT, I know that this is not a huge problem to solve, it can literally be done within 5 minutes.
I am even willing to reset the whole The Sims 4 account on the gallery in order to remove that household, but there is no option to do such a thing.

I will never again participate in any part of a challenge made by EA.
