Are these limited to Tartosa? Has anyone found any in Sulani?
I am just busy playing a Dr sim testing my new little smaller medical day clinic, once I did that, I will move a sim and her dog to Tartosa and see if the dog finds bottles and I will take that sim to Sulani on day trips to see if she finds bottles there. Almost done testing my clinic

Aha ok thank you @crocobaura I will then try and test living with a dog in Tartosa and seeing if the dog find's bottles Will skip the Sulani day trips.

It's possible to instantly collect the message bottles by using the code commands:

@mcrudd They were right in front of my Sim's house all this time and I didn't see them. They really do blend in with the sand, especially if your camera is higher looking down.
I also found them, but they are really hard to spot even when I know they are there and where to look for them. For some reason they spawn two mounds in each spawn point, not sure if it's a glitch or how it was intended to be. The good part is my sim found most of them already. I love that the same message can come up in a different coloured bottle. And in case you're wondering, yes, my sim loves fruitcake!

I want to put my own notes from Tom Hank's character in Castaway in the bottles. "Wilson? Wiiiiilson?? ... I'm sorry ... I'm sorry Wilson ... Goodbye Wilson."

Thanks for that tip @SERVERFRA I use those cheats a lot when building, but I try my best to keep my collection rooms as honest as possible, I always collect the items with my supersim, its also a nice way to experience a new pack

I find that interesting about you saying the same message in different coloured bottles, I accidently deleted one because it showed up as 2 in my inventory and I thought it was a double but when I checked my collection status it showed another bottle discovered, that is when I noticed there could be different coloured bottles in the same shape but each has a different message, so I was more careful with deleting after that, but usually its the same message everytime for the same colour and shape bottle. So good your sims like fruitcake, that never goes off so can last forever LOL

They are quite tricky to see in day and night, actually if you have lights there in night they show up a bit clearer, but if you are not living on the property then it will be impossible to see at night LOL

@mcrudd That's the beach where I found my bottles as well. I wasn't looking for them, but one morning I saw the little sand heaps and dug up a few message bottles! Today, we found more, but some were duplicates, so I have a lot more to find. Now I want to display them somewhere on the lot.

Oooh you already found the one that I took forever to find. I battled to find the first row, second to last bottle, took a few simdays and plenty of doubles LOL. I love your pic, would love to see more of the building in the background, it looks amazing the little bit of what I can see of it

So I moved into a beach lot with a sim and her dog. I sent the dog to go hunting and all it does is look at the mailbox??? Not sure what to do, I might put the mailbox in my sim's inventory and see what happens.

ok so I am testing the hunting thing with the dog for @catloverplayer but my dog is not hunting, I am just going to test it by moving it to the pets neighborhood and see if it hunts there, if it does then I guess hunting is broken in the new world that came with Wedding stories, be back soon to update you all
Yip hunting for dogs is broken in the new Wedding stories world. I moved them to Brindleton bay and Herman came home with a bunch of feathers, but in Tartosa he just stares at the mailbox. I will keep on trying, so far I have 6 of those little sandheaps that spawned but he is not even looking at them.

@mcrudd This is a residential lot I downloaded from the Gallery called Jungle Cabins. I modified it for the beach and did a little more tweaking for my personal use. The sims are also from the Gallery. I originally wanted them for the Carnaval scenario but decided to put them in my new Tartosa world for general play too.

You might try using a cat with the prowling trait if your dog is not helping. You can send them out prowling just like dogs and they come back with things.

My collection is still only half complete. I keep finding duplicates. But I did put up a shelving display that should hold all 20 bottles. AND I didn't realize these bottles emit emotional auras when enabled! That's fun. I'll place extra bottles around the house and turn the auras on for different activities.
Also, @mcrudd, I recolored the cabins to look more "beachy."
@lanlyn I love the recolouring, it looks amazing and what a perfect lot for it too Wow super interesting what you said about the bottles, I must look into that, I love using items that emit emotional auras. I always use some of the plumbob lamps in my builds
