    Lesbians, and one becomes pregnant? [ignore, was my error with MCCC]

    As I know, both are 100% female no gender customization

    Also as The Sims 4 since time ago has gender customization, at MC Command Center I have disabled same sex try for baby

      Did you use the Social interaction to talk about expanding the family? That will get a Sim pregnant regardless of the gender customization settings.

      Sorry, ignore thread. I have turned ON same sex try for baby
      (is as since several years I use same cfg file then forgot I edited that part)
