Memories: How to Change Emotion

You just took a screenshot, but the assigned emotion doesn't match what's shown? Well, all you have to do is open your screenshot in a source code editor (e.g. Notepad++), search for type_id, and replace the following two-digit number according to the list below.

64 - Happy
65 - Sad
66 - Romantic
67 - Confident
68 - Inspiring
69 - Angry
70 - Embarrassing
71 - Scary

PS: You have to restart your game for the changes to take effect.

I've never understood how this works. How does the screenshot affect mood in the game?

Once you've turned your screenshot into a memory, you can let your Sim reminisce and they'll receive a moodlet with the assigned emotion.
