Now, finally, I love Bust the Dust...it finally works like it was supposed to. Thanks gurus!

It had been working perfectly for me. Then in one save the maid was doing the T pose next to the dust pile. The the dust would disappear, making a sound, and then reappear in a different room. The maid walks over to the new dust tries to whip out the vacuum, then T pose again. I haven't tested it in other saves. Gosh I hope it isn't messed up again. Also I gifted the maid the vacuum because they kept walking to dust piles, trying to pick up the dirt, then T pose.

I have it turned off in game options and I still occasionally get a dust bunny.

I don't own BTD, but for anyone that may be interested in it, there are at least four open bug reports for BTD on AHQ:

Thank you for posting those links. I liked the idea of that kit, but still haven't purchased because of remaining, annoying bugs.

Is this pack worth getting? I mean for 4.99 it’s cheap.

I guess it depends on the individual. For just a little more than the price of a Costa-Lot Coffee your sims can occasionally whip out their hoover or squish the blobby bunnies, or entertain you with su-ck-ing them up with the vaccuum. But I would say it has its annoyances for such a small 'pack'. I have to mod out the constant sniffing of clean rooms, as it annoyed the heck out of me, and playing rotationally I do not see dust in some homes and then it will suddenly appear in others with filth and bunnies galore instead of a gradual build up.

Is it even more annoying than the constant brushing off of clean clothes?

Lol, I never even noticed the constant brushing off of clean clothes - so, yes, way more annoying! :D

I bought it; so far with a robot vacuum... NO hassle at all. I just rotated to Knox's family and they don't have space for a robot vacuum so I figured I give each of the ladies a vacuum cleaner each. I am only going to play it until Knox is ready for Uni, then I will move him out for obvious reasons.

I recently removed my Bust the Dust related mods and I'm still enjoying the gameplay. It seems like they have mostly fixed it. I do believe that the obnoxious sniffing each room still exists but I have used MCCC autonomy scan to turn that off so it doesn't bother me. I've seen the sniffing in other players game play videos so I know that it still exists.

I'm just happy my maid finally learned how to use the vacuum. And yes the sniffing is a bit of an annoyance but I don't notice it as much now.

Do the dust bunnies still bring large sums of money and valuable collectables from Jungle Adventure? This kit sounds fun, but I prefer my sins to have to work for their money!

I think that was nerfed. At least, my bunny only bought me a couple of simoleons and I had to ask it to go search. Mind you, I usually hoover the bunnies up fairly quickly, I only tested it out once with one bunny. But I remember previously I could always tell when a bunny had appeared on the lot as I would hear the *ka-ching* of money being added to the household funds but that doesn't happen to me any more. Now I can only tell they are there before I see them if I hear their little squeaks :D

Thanks @elanorbreton So they only bring back collectables if you ask them to? That's good to know.
