I haven't done that myself yet, I usually only stick to smaller shops/venues. Not sure if you can have multiple retail stores on one lot. It sounds super interesting though, so now I am tempted to try it out. :')
I have seen some people do it on youtube though. This one by RGeetect (RGR Gaming) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEQpdlIj2pE is functional as a retail store I believe.
