@luthienrising Yes, I did while trying to replicate the CAS glitch, but I did test it one more time with just the heterochromia file removed and it did fix the eyes itself. I appologize, the only broken file is the heterochromia addon.
@Komosticka I'm wondering if that wasn't previously reported now, some earlier month. Regardless, I'll add it now.

luthienrising I am a bit confused. According to Brazen on her Patron, she says that all her mods are fine. Yet some of them are listed here as broken. Does anyone know where the broken report came from?

It comes from Brazen's own status page. So, they were initially all reported broken by Brazen.

The dentist career mod isn't showing up anymore. I don't know when or if it was updated but I really miss that one because one of my sims can't work now :(
Not sure if there's a better place to post this, but since it's a post-update issue, I figured I'd post it here in case anyone else has noticed the same thing - I found a piece of clutter I had that overlaps with the footprint of a laptop in my Sim's home now blocks their ability to use that computer. So it's possible some things moved around interactable objects with bb.moveobjects may now have an effect on those items when they didn't before.
There seems to be an issue with 🐸🐸🐸🐸's Toddler Conversation Expander - unless it was already broken before, though I don't remember having this issue before the update. If I click on a conversation choice from it, I get an LE:

My ui is not working properly. i dont know which mod it is, but i can not see sims icons in the lower left corner. i also cannot see their acquaintances or friend's icons.
After updating my game, I used this thread to check on the status of the mods I'm using. I updated those recently updated by the creators, and when I started playing, I am suddenly facing ERROR 122. I tried to follow tips and troubleshoot on my own after visiting most of the creators' pages for updates, I removed ALL of my mods except the CCs, and my game's working without the error I just faced.
With that result, one or some of the mods in my folder is currently giving me the ERROR 122, I am still looking for the mod as of this writing.
Um excuse me, is this Keep Sims at Home Region (updated SHUSHU mod) still work? I had an issue, one of my sim that reside in Del Sol Valley suddenly appear in Henford-on-Bagley...
@Mendota I checked the broken mods/CC for BrazenLotus against all the pages on her status list. I think she was clearing the rest of the testing, not *all* mods @surgeonsprincess Is that Midnitetech's? Have you downloaded her zip file from her Patreon from a couple months ago? It might be updated in that. @Sean_G Worth taking that first issue to AHQ. SHEnanigans is active on Twitter; I'd try contacting her there. She did clear all her mods. @mamitearss It sounds like a window-size issue or UI Scale or something like that, not like a mod issue. Head over to AHQ for help on how to fix it. This patch didn't break any UI mods. @itscharmcaster Let me know if you find it, assuming that it's a mod that can be named here. @ShinjiM It's not been reported broken, but has it been updated since Cottage Living?

@luthienrising and @ShinjiM The mod does not throw errors but it works more or less. I do not think it was updated since Cottage Living
It's not work, whenever I go to any location, some npcs (premade npc which I remember where's their home, and including my sim from the other household) spawn to the current location which my current sim visited.
@luthienrising I have found the mod that causes an ERROR 122 in my game. Fortunately, the mod is still in a testing phase and is not yet released to the public. I should've checked on it first, I completely forgot.

Fixed an issue that would prevent yoga instructors from teaching class in the new Spa Day refresh.
