I’m sorry if there’s a similar thread, but I thought we could share some funny things we like about Sims 2.
One I thought of was when male Sims sometimes go HONK HONK when doing WooHoo :D:D

This short thread got mentioned in today's Friday Highlights YAY!

    Got a couple of others:

    1) When male teen Sims do the smustle dance and just go "Oogie oogie oogie, ooh ooh ooh" they always sound ridiculous :D
    2) When any Sim does freestyle, think it comes with FreeTime. Again it just sounds hilarious :D Particularly when female adults go "HOO, AH HOO HOO!" :D:D:D

Freestyling comes from University expansion pack. But other than that, agreed.

Speaking of university, I'll put here every class title I found funny.
    • Academic Argument: Beyond "did not, did too"
    • Workshop: Writing more goodly
    • Stick Figures: Lowering the bar
    • Life Drawing: An excuse to see naked people
    • Oil painting and other ways to poison one's self
    • Impressionism and other blurry moments
    • Lab Techniques 1: Poking at things with tweezers
    • Beginning Dissection: Why the frog hates you
    • The Lysozome: Everybody's favorite trash eater
    • Inhibitor Molecules: Nature's bureaucrats
    • Xenobiology: Who's probing who NOW?
    • Improvisation: Because scripts are for wusses
    • Pratfalls and other ways to give up your dignity
    • Costume Design: Because naked actors are distracting
    • Stage combat without killing your peers
    • The One-Sim Show: Drama for those who don't play well with others
    • Why money does grow on some trees
    • Work is for Losers: A counterfeiting workshop
    • Economic Forecasting: Guessing never hurt anybody
    • Laissez-Faire and other lazy policies
    • Exploiting the environment for fun and profit
    • Senior Project Internship: Coffeemaking at Landgraab Enterprises
    • Civilization: Why It's Rarely Very Civil
    • Revisionism: It's Not Libel If They're Dead
    • Ethnography: Why Those People Seem Strange
    • Political Science Majors: Why You Should Hate Them
    • Anthropology: Not as Cool as in the Movies
    • Historic Pessimism: Why We'll Never Learn
    • How To Judge a Book By Its Cover
    • Iambic Pentameter: DaDUM DaDUM DaDUM DaDUM DaDUM
    • Understanding C.London's Complete Works: Good Luck, Kid
    • Using Bizarre Metaphors: Life is Feeding Baked Alaska to Zombies
    • Remedial Addition: The Fingers and Toes Technique
    • Stepping Robot Hordes: Dividing by Zero
    • 1337 Ways to Write a Lemma
    • What is the Meaning of This?!
    • Old Dead Guys Who Thought Stuff
    • Existentialism: Depressing Yourself on Purpose
    • Who Controls the Pie Menu and Why?
    • Senior Project: Preparing for the Fast Food Industry
    • Lasers: Ruining Your Eyesight
    • General Relativity: Pretending to Understand
    • Stellar Astrophysics: Too Far Away to Matter
    • Patriotism: Why Every Country Is Worse Than Yours
    • Lab: Making Your Own Monarchy
    • Plutocracy: Buying the Vote
    • History Majors: Why You Should Hate Them
    • Senior Project: Questionable Fundraising Internship
    • Abnormal Psychology: A Guide to Misdiagnosing Your Friends
    • Emotions: Don't Fear the Amygdala
    • Negative Interactions: What Happened to Deviance?
Now that's a long list. When your sim is in college, open up the career panel and see what class is your sim attending at the moment. Perhaps they are making their own monarchy?

In conclusion, it seems like History and Political Science majors are in some short of rivalry.
You can never discover The Sims games 100%. Even when you think you know everything, the game manages to surprise you.
That's why I do experiments in the game from time to time and tutorial videos on YouTube.

Thanks for the info on freestyling. And yeah, there are some good university class names. Someone had to come up with all of them, or maybe multiple people.

Not sure if yall can see it but, i was playing the SIngles household while everybody was sleeping. So the lights were off, i thought to myself, ok everyone in the household is tucked in their beds now, then i just look at kitchen and it was a guest, Olive Spector mashing her face onto a plate and also sleeping lmao

I was really surprised that we can play 4 households in each apartment building! The one i'm playing has a park for the kids outside, where my played sims meet everyday. The kids are already friends cause they always meet there. It's adorable.

Drama professors. Though it can kinda be problematic, seeing how they have a love flag on EVERY Sim they meet means there's no end to how many Sims that try to flirt with and fail at everytime.

How fitting the Drama Profs are just a ball of drama

That’s definitely bizarre. I can’t remember any of my Sims doing a Drama degree, there may well have been one or two but I just have no memory of it.
