"Change Appearance Potion" for Base Game

This would be inline with the "Insta-lean" and "Insta-large" potions. But instead of changing your body type, you will have full access to changing the appearance of your sim. You can also change their gender as well with this potion.

I know there's "cas.fulleditmode", but it would be great to not use a cheat for this. It could add some game variety with self-imposed challenges.
