Baby delivery machine not moving

So I'm having an issue where the baby machine isn't animating and the doctor is t-posing and my sim is glitching out of the machine. The baby is still being delivered, but it is a bit annoying. Is this a known issue and do we know what is causing it already and are the devs already working on it? I'm just curious I'm just glad the baby still gets delivered.
On a more speculative note...does anyone think this glitch could be happening because the devs are messing around with babies in the background and that is messing with the machine's code or something? Just a thought
