I don't know what to put up there myself. I know I don't want to put a residential lot there because I don't think they'll be-able to get inside if no one lives there.
Hi @SnaveXs I assume you are talking about the special lot at MT. Komorebi Peak. As it is a "special lot" you can place a residential lot and use it when any household arrives to the peak. Your sims do not owned the lot neither they rent it, but you can use it freely.
I built this cabin I my sims use it to relax after the climbing, actually they stay some days to take a break
I second @Calico45 this cabin includes a wedding arch (the photo is from one of my couples wedding):
I haven't built anything on peak lot yet I kind of fancy it being empty for time being maybe I'll make some fake igloos or something for camping later tho... or ice castle or something who knows
but in snowy part of world
I have gym with skating ring and such
pseudo shrine/residential lot
(my kitsunes live there)
and the existing hot springs venue is still there
in the town next to the bar lot (park lot)
i was thinking of neoneast inspired arcade and i built tiny one but not sure if I'll end up rebuilding and changing theme or something since I am not quite satisfied with it
and i might just relocate that theme to san myshuno fashion district maybe with geek con and all and swap it out for like community lot or something
in the place of lounge I've been trying to build school over and over but its not quite coming together either
I have actually never gotten any of my sims up there to actually be able to unlock it, haven't played much with rock climbing. That's definitely something I want to get around to doing though.
I haven't actually played in a while but with the improvements to the Spa Day pack, I was toying with the idea of putting an absolutely world class spa up there. Or possibly a cemetery.
In one game save I put a Christmas theme home for Father Winter, and his family which consisted of Mrs. Winter, an elf (their toddler son), and a reindeer.
I put several small cabins down, putting all different types of activities from painting, woodworking and another that is all computers and gaming machines to ice skating rinks and another tall cabin with rock climbing machines and a small attached gym to keep those muscles in shape. There are a couple of bon fires around and the small bar has a great fireplace. All cabins have heaters. We will see how all the sims in my Sim Nation accept it...I may be blowing it up.
In my house, dog hair sticks to everything but the dog.

So far, I did not do any rock climbing, but most if not all of my played sims got skies and snowboards.
My Mt. Komoberi still looks like this.
This couple is moved in from the gallery, though.
