    Vet Employees Quitting

    Running a vet clinic every time I hire a new employee they quit the same day. I've praised, promoted, checked up on, and paid for training. Whats the issue?

      The economy. Staffing shortages everywhere. Oh, you mean the game! Sorry. Can’t help there. I don’t play the business side of the game much.

      If they're working reasonable hours to meet their needs and you're playing vanilla, I'd report it as a bug/test reproducing it under different conditions. If you do have mods and CC, I'd remove those and see if it is still a problem. If so, report/test.

      Do they have somewhere to take food and bathroom breaks during the workday?

      I used cheats to befriend them. The problem resolved itself after that.
