Build and Decoration Challenge! Robro21's Apartment complex built in 2015 with over 90k DL's

Hello!
I wanted to share a challenging idea I got while renovating an old apartment complex by Robro21 on the gallery. The esthetics of the build is very 2015 both IRL and in-game and I thought it would be fun to challenge yourself to bring it into 2021 but still maintaining the shell of the apartments.
Not only would it be fun to honor a creator from 2015 that got a smash hit build of over 90k downloads, but also a way to create more stunning apartments for our sims to live in!
No rules on CC, but I always find it more fun when it's without CC.

The Lot
Lot name on the Gallery: Robles Apartments 2021
MyGallery ID: Pocketsim
Lot size: 40x30
Placed: I placed it in Del Sol Valley where the lounge is.
Apartments: 2 large and 4 medium.
Interior: All the furniture that a tenant brought in has been removed. Everything else is original. Floors, walls, appliances.
Packs: Basegame
Rules:
Do not change the exterior walls or apartment defining walls. Just how it renovating apartments in San My Shuno.
