Can't rotate windows using T.O.O.L.?

I've been trying to use the T.O.O.L. mod to rotate windows, but every time I do, they just disappear. I bring up the controls (shift + t), click the window to toggle it, click rotate, make sure the access of rotation is correct, enter 90 in the degrees bar, and click ok, and then the window just vanishes. I tried going to the second floor at one point to see if it was somehow rotating down onto the floor below, but nope. It's just gone. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I doing it wrong? Any help would be appreciated. It seems like rotating a window 90 degrees should be a pretty simple thing for this mod to do, but I am at a loss.
