Issue with Pets on the Gallery

(sorry if this is the wrong place to put this)
So, whenever I make a pet and upload it to the gallery, then place it in CAS afterwards, half of the time, it becomes pitch black. At first, I thought this was only from using Paint Mode, but my friend put one of my cats (no Paint used), and it was pitch black for her. It's a shame since I love making pets and I love uploading to the gallery.
