You've got a brand new Community Manager here to spend time with you all and that can only mean one thing...
It's introduction time
Since our old introduction thread was as old as a withered cowplant, we thought we'd start a new one and catch you up on all the cool EA Simmers you can find across the forum!

Where are you from: Austin, Texas. Hi, how are you?
What games are you playing: Sims 4, obviously. Currently replaying Borderlands 2 with my fiancé for the umpteenth time
and Ghost of Tsushima for the 1st time and really enjoying it.
What are you trying out in the Sims at the moment: I'm brand new to the Sims and I'm still learning so much!
What are your favorite games: Oh man, I'll always have a soft spot for Knights of the Old Republic but I think that's going to have to go to Fallout: New Vegas. Last time I looked I had about 500 hours into that game on Steam.
What else are you into when you're not Simming: Constantly running around to make little adjustments to my TV setup, PC setup or little around the house improvements. Forever hunting an RTX 3070

Where are you from: Currently in Austin, Texas!
What games are you playing: Right now I'm replaying the Dark Souls series in preparation for Elden Ring next year. I'm also still working my way through various playthroughs in Mass Effect: Legendary Edition with the occasional Apex Legends and Dead by Daylight matches. Not enough time!
What are you trying out in the Sims at the moment: I've been experimenting and checking out some of the awesome CC the community's put out. Quite a lot of cool stuff to be found!
What are your favorite games: The Mass Effect series, Chrono Trigger, and Ninja Gaiden probably will top that list, though there are a lot of close contenders.
What else are you into when you're not Simming: Catching up on my ever-increasing list of movies and shows. I'm also a huge DC fan and my cat Kal-El is never far away.

What games are you playing: Kingdom Hearts (I, II & III), Final Fantasy (all of them), Dota 2, Pokémon, and of course The Sims Series.
What are you trying out in the Sims at the moment: The new ep, naturally! So many adorable bunnies! Considering trying some challenges soon.
What are your favorite games: Kingdom Hearts I, Final Fantasy X & Pokémon Crystal
What else are you into when you're not Simming: In my spare time I manage my own online gaming communities for the games I play - guilds, FC's, etc. So stuff like mapping out competitions, planning events and finding ways to make our times together as memorable and fun as possible.
Bonus: I've been a part of this forum community for 4+ years now. It has been lovely to meet you all and get to know you over those years. I look forward to many more.

Where are you from: Living in Ireland for half my life now, born in Brazil
What games are you playing: The Sims 4 (although I've played the entire Franchise as The Sims was the first game I ever played
What are you trying out in the Sims at the moment: I'm always building in The Sims.
What are your favorite games: The Sims Franchise, Borderlands series, Resident Evil series, Halo Franchise, CS-GO & Valorant
What else are you into when you're not Simming: Watching series (Netflix) and wasting time on TikTok (Guilty!)
Where are you from: Austin, Texas - But I grew up in Australia
What games are you playing: A lot of Apex, but I also enjoy games like Factorio
What are you trying out in the Sims at the moment: I happen to have a bad habit of setting my Sims on fire, so I'm learning how not to do this.
What are your favorite games: I used to be heavy into RPGMMOs, like Maplestory and Aura Kingdom, nowadays I like management sim games. Donkey Kong 64, and Spyro: Year of the Dragon were my favorites as a kid.
What else are you into when you're not Simming: I like crafting; sewing and papercraft. I'm also into military history around WW1/2. Beyond that, I have two sweet cats that I enjoy cuddling up to!

What else are you into when you're not Simming: Going out to movies, exploring my beautiful city, cleaning my house, and lounging around with my two cats- Binx and Mr. Pickles 😸

Name: Abril (April), it's my favourite month (bc. it's my birthday 🥳) and one of my favourite ninja turtle characters.
Where are you from: Santiago, Chile. But I have lived in the west of Ireland for almost 10 years now 🍀.
What games are you playing: The Sims 4. I went a couple of years without playing, so I've been rediscovering it in the last two years. OMG! I don't think I'll ever stop discovering new possibilities and features. 🤩
What are you trying out in the Sims at the moment: Trying out the latest Sims update with the infants. I love it! 🤍
What are your favorite games: The Sims 4 😉, It Takes Two, God of War, Age of Empire, Soulstorm, TSTO.
What else are you into when you're not Simming: I love going for long walks/treks in Ireland, Chile or wherever, travel as much as I can, go to new restaurants, doing yoga, swimming, do handicrafts, from woodworking to knitting a jumper. 🧶
