Xbox one bugs?

I have a really annoying bug where my game freezes when trying to interact with anything and the inventory glitches too when I go to sell or place an item it freezes and then doesn't let me do anything as the game thinks I stil am holding the item and then there now I went to sell milk my game thought I grabbed quill fruit then couldn't do anything to the game had to restart as it wouldn't let me sell or cancel the action its making the game so unplayable for me now. Is anyone else having these problems?
