I know Cottage Living just came out so there's no rush for new stuff, but I would love to have some more farm stuff.
Sheep- They could be similar to llamas & since they produce wax on their wool, you could get some wax from them. Instead of spitting they could heatbutt people.
Goats- They could eat weeds, graze on grass/hay, and produce milk. They can also headbutt & hop around to play
Churning butter (I don't know if this is a thing, but when I googled I didn't see that it was possible to make butter)
Cheese (I've heard that you can make cheese but am not sure how & it would be neat to make different varieties of cheese)
Bulls- It would be nice to have a bull to produce calves or just keep the cows company
Horns on cows- yes, female cows can have horns. Most of my cows have had horns, although 1 of my current ones does not because her father was polled (hornless). When horned cows die, you can keep the horns to craft in to decorations or hang up somewhere.
I have more ideas but my brain is shutting down on me.

Never heard of sheep wool producing wax, I am sure if they do the quantity is quite small, like ear wax. Sheep wool however is a natural fire repellant, we could make fire resistant carpets from it. Sheep also produce milk and the milk can be used to produce cheese and yoghurt.
Grain crops for mead making
Rustic pizza oven
Goat for milk and sheep for wool
Butter churner for butter making
Tic-tac-toe for cows
Composting pile or bin for manure
Tractor
HORSES. Need I say more?
Pretty much 100% picks of mine as well. Maybe not the pizza oven but not because I don't want it but because I'd put it in a different pack. Make that double on the butterchurn.
Personally I would have added fairies (and werewolves tbh) originally in this pack as well but thats just me. They are part of the folklore of the British Isles and Ireland after all. It was such a missed opportunity.
I'd add
Activities
The Cotswolds are known for wool from the Cotswolds sheep. They should have put the Llama in the South American Pack

My idea was they make the tiered plate holder and you choose the kind of tea sandwiches (two choices) which implies new tea sandwich recipes. Cucumber, Egg Salad, Ham & Swiss, Pimento Cheese, Roast Beef & Cheddar,Shrimp Salad, Smoked Salmon, Tuna Salad, and Watercress. . Then you pick the small or portioned baked goods (three choices)
Lemon Dill Butter
Different Types of compound butter - Garlic Butter, Paprika Rosemary, Tomato Basil, Blueberry Maple, Cinnamon Butter,
Trifle recipes would be Black Forest, Blueberry -Lemon, Chocolate & Caramel, Key Lime, Pumpkin & Caramel, Red Velvet, Strawberry Shortcake, and Triple berry (Blackberry, Blueberry and Strawberry)
My Mood:
But if we're going to add pigs, maybe add a butcher shop.
Sheep, maybe goats and pigs
Butter churning
High tea/tea sets
If they want to be global, they could add loom-weaving which is historic and a craft in many parts of the world.
Going with the English theme, croquet / cricket / rugby.
Mediterranean agriculture; vineyards
Milling grain (historic); crops
Maybe an update to Outdoor Retreat with more to do / that fits the rustic theme.
Do you have a link to this mod? I've seen videos of it but am not sure where to get it.

In all seriousness, being able to add mushrooms as decor or even have them be edible would be cool. I'd love to have the "chicken of the forest" mushrooms.
And since not all cottages are in lush areas, it would be cool to have some desert themed ones with cacti and succulents. This could tie in with the prickly pear catci that produce pears, maybe the thorns could be made in to needles for sewing, and in real life the skins are harvested to make faux leather.
I'd also love more variety in the looks for cows. I want cows with horns. I'd love to have one that looks like older cow and one that looks like her daughter (who is all grown up now). My older cow is a brahma jersey mix. She's red with a white spot on her forehead and very large horns. Her daughter is part Brangus and is black with white on her face.
