    Phone not working?

    So I've been clearing cc and mods out and finally got my game to stop (not responding) now the game phone isn't working! I was working before I took stuff out now it won't let my sin travel. Anyone know how to fix? Thanks

      Do you have the off the grid lot challenge on that maybe a mod was allowing your phone to work with, and now it’s gone? I only ask because phones don’t work off the grid in a vanilla game.
