I’d love it if my Sims could not only make their own music but a career they could influence which music is played. 🎉🎉🎉.
I know there’s Get Famous pack for acting. I don’t have that one so I apologise if below I mention something this pack already does. I just had an idea 💡.
New Music Producer Career:
Record Label Magnate Career for producing music and creating singers, bands and songs etc. They could specialise either in pop, classical or Latin themes etc. Or ability create tunes for a new theme that isn’t catered for.
They select Sims to sing or form bands.
Magnates start off as an admin then max out to owning a record label. They could choose to be nice or mean to those under their label.
A new trait ‘miser’ could be added, this operates differently to frugal as they will always want to withhold spending any money. It’s not about saving money but holding onto it all.
They get sad with bills, giving wage raises, paying for parties or giving gifts. They get a ‘I’m so broke’ moodlet.
(Misers can never experience very happy, energised or playful moods due to thier constant griping nature).
Another trait could be ‘Love everyone, honest!’.
Producers must influence other Sims to choose/select their music/bands over other stations via parties to network and attending interviews. Sims with the ‘love everyone, honest’ trait can network even with those who despise them. They can convince enemy Sims they do like them. Maybe even blame other Sims for spreading gossip they didn’t like that Sim.
A new relationship ‘frenimies’ could be made. Frenimies are people who don’t necessarily like each other but have a history and often see each other so have a love/hate dynamic.
Successful producers have their music/bands feature more often in lounges and bars etc. Thier bands have the top slot etc.
Terrible producers end up in dingy offices unable to secure major talent and can only book low end gigs.

Now alternating between Sims 2,3 and 4! 😊☕️🌞
