The in-game lights are either power consumption 10 or Off-the-grid, but I have a number of ceiling lamps, floor lamps, etc that I downloaded of TSR. Does anyone know if modded lighting consumes power?
Look at the CC lighting object with Sims Studio and try and find the value for power consumption.
Or build a house without the CC lights and vanilla lights the only thing that consumes power and look at bill information. Then do the same with the added CC lights and see if there is a difference in power charges.

FWIW, it's really easy to use S4S to add that they consume power. Even creators who are making new lights (or TVs or whatever) now don't always enable that in S4S. Just goes on the list to check tagging for...
