WCIF Recolors of Platform/Foundation walls/trim?

I would love to have more options for the sides of platforms or foundations, especially colors that exactly match walls and CARPETS. The reason is so that we could build retro sunken living rooms where the floor and sides of the sunken part match the rest of the room's carpet exactly (or for that matter, wood, tile, whatever.) I know it's possible to do recolors of foundations with S4 Studio, but so far it isn't with platform walls/trims. Does that mean it's completely impossible to do them, or is there some way and has anybody done it?
